The Three Dot menu button makes no sense. The "You Might Like Section" seems to be based soley off one of the last things I've listened to and not at all my preference throughout my time using the app which is very disappointing and worse then any of the tons of music apps I have previously used. An album isn't a book or a movie, I want it from the beginning every time. If I am clicking an album cover, I want to full album not a truncated version. Never, not once, have I wanted to click an album I was listening to earlier in that day or whenever, and want it to start at the song it left off on. The "Recently Played" section never makes any sense and half the time it doesn't even pop up on my home screen. You can't like/dislike songs unless they are playing in "My Soundtrack", this would be very useful as tons of songs I don't like appear in these stations or on my home screen. If I specifically click a song and then press start station with that song, 10 out of 10 times I want to hear it first. Starting a station on a specific song does not start the music with that song. First I'll start with the minor, yet still bad, problems that both the Desktop App and the Android Mobile app face. I want the lossless audio and that is ONLY reason I still use this service, full stop. Let me start with I pay for the highest tier of Amazon Music. I've been using Deezer for about 8 months now waiting for Spotify to offer lossless streaming. It's pretty clear Amazon doesn't care about their users or the user experience. EDIT 12/29/21: It's been about a year since I made this post and on constant basis people still comment their grievances, which I love.
